Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final upon payment completion. Refunds are only considered under the specific conditions outlined below.
Important Notes:
- Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing account details before purchasing. Payment confirms your intent to buy; refunds will not be issued simply because you did not access the account or changed your mind.
- No refunds for assumptions (e.g., "I thought the account included X"). Verify all features with Gachamacha prior to payment.
- Game Terms of Service (ToS): The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing game accounts may violate the game's Terms of Service and assumes all risks and consequences associated with such transactions. Gachamacha guarantees login access only at the time of delivery and for 48 hours thereafter. Any account suspensions, bans, or restrictions occurring beyond this period are beyond our control, and Gachamacha cannot be held liable for such occurrences.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved only if:
- Non-Delivery: The account is not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, and buyer file a refund request via support@gachamacha.com (instead of waiting for resolution).
- Product Mismatch: The delivered account materially differs from the advertised description (e.g., missing characters, items, or progress).
- Technical Issues: The account is non-functional (e.g., banned, locked, or inaccessible) at the time of delivery or within 48 hours thereafter.
Conditions for Approval:
- The account must be returned in its original state:
- No in-game currency/items used.
- No modifications to the game account or email bounded to the game account (e.g., birthday settings, passwords, or linked emails changed).
- No logins attempted beyond verification.
Timeframe: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the transaction is final.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be granted for:
A. Buyer Assumptions or Negligence:
- Unmet expectations (e.g., "I assumed the account had X").
- Failure to review listing details or ask questions before purchasing.
B. Account Security & Misuse:
- Account bans/suspensions after 48 hours of delivery.
- Issues caused by violating game ToS (e.g., cheating, chargebacks).
C. Post-Purchase Actions:
- Linking to personal emails/phones.
- Reselling, disputing, or altering the account.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Support at support@gachamacha.com within 48 hours from time of delivery
- Provide Evidence: Screenshots, order details, and proof the account is unmodified.
- Return the Account: Gachamacha must confirm account has met all the condition specified in the refund policy before refund approval
Fraud & Abuse
Chargeback Policy:
- Do NOT initiate chargebacks without first contacting Gachamacha Support.

If you file a chargeback without prior communication, we will:
- Treat this as intentional fraud (evidence you received the account but sought to avoid payment).
- Submit proof of delivery and your account access to your card issuer to dispute the claim.

Permanently ban you from Gachamacha and share your details with:
- Other vendors (may result in industry blacklisting).
- Payment processors (potential restrictions on future transactions).
Consequences:
- Loss of access to all Gachamacha services.
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks (where applicable).
Policy Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to:
- Verify accounts within 48 hours.
- Accept all risks of game ToS violations.
- Not modify the account before returning it for refunds.
